GENERAL CONDITIONING

Our General Conditioning Program is designed to assist you in exercising properly, beginning at your level and progressing to meet your exercise goals.

  • We begin by asking you questions about your health and reasons for wanting to start an exercise program. For those of you who have been clients of our treatment program, this is an easy transition.
  • We then assess your strengths and weaknesses and design a simple program guiding you to your goals.

Some clients are comfortable with beginning the progression on their own with minimal guidance after one or two sessions. Others need more time and guidance before beginning on their own.

You can continue to perform the exercise program at our facility or you can utilize the training and guidance we have given you to continue with your own equipment at home or another center.

Services are performed at our Southbridge location.
