Inc. is certified by the State of Florida as a Rehab Agency. We
are an approved provider for Medicare and most private insurance
companies.

Services provided by our
facility include pre and post operative rehabilitation,
treatment of both
acute and chronic orthopedic,

musculoskeletal disorders, as well as general, back,
osteoporosis, vestibular, and golf conditioning programs. Our patient
population includes all age groups from the student and weekend
athlete to the retired golfer.

Our facilities
accept patients both with and without physician referrals. However, most insurance companies require a physician's referral
for reimbursement.
Our most satisfying source of referrals is by
"word of mouth" from our current and former patients.

locations to best suit your needs. Both of our offices are
easily accessible, have ample parking and provide a pleasant
surrounding for patient care.
